Intention
New Years 2023
Why should I care about a New Years intention when I’m just trying to find peace?
Do I need to wait until the new year to be intentional about balance, serenity and calm?
What about accepting myself exactly as I am while also striving to be my best self?
Can I do both simultaneously?
Can acceptance & change both co-exist in this vessel?
Reflections from my last therapy session say yes, they can.
My Higher Power accepts my faults while also inviting me to be the highest version of Londyn.
My dad came up with my name.
We have an estranged relationship,
And I’m still worthy of Divine.
Divine living is available to all of us - during any time of the year.
How are some less fortunate folk able to find more happiness than rich folk?
They are intentional about what they focus upon.
When intention is a daily value of yours - you will begin to live your life intentionally.
Re-invention is always available.
The new year is a physical representation of change however,
With hard work
Honesty
Effort
&
Will -
You.
CAN.
Change.
Behavior modification is cool. Yet.
I think we all desire a deep change in our hearts.
I know we all desire a breaking down of strongholds.
A breaking down of generational curses.
We all deserve a radical change on the inside.
The Question Is.
Can you hang in there while your unconscious plays catch up?
Can you hang on in the midst of the matrix?
The matrix,
Being -
Systems which
Keep you sucked into distraction and sabotage your growth.
Oblivion,
Narcissism,
Scrolling,
Over indulging
AND
Ignoring truth.
Can you stay focused on your intentions in the midst of much distraction?
Another Question.
Can you accept yourself on days when you fall? fail? relapse?
&
slip?
Can you find the beauty in being human while also striving to grow and change this year?
That is my new years intention :)
